Meet the Founder
SARAH LITTLE
Sarah founded Uniquely Human on the belief that both individuals and organisations are inherently unique. With over two decades of experience in Human Resources and Leadership, Sarah is also an accomplished entrepreneur, having co-founded two successful small businesses with her husband. Her personal experiences in supporting neurodiverse individuals and family members have deepened her appreciation for the value of diversity and inclusion, both in life and in business.
Having collaborated with numerous leaders, Sarah understands the importance of building practical skills that can seamlessly translate to the workplace. She takes pride in being a relatable and seasoned coach and facilitator, using her pragmatic approach to bring out the best in others. Sarah’s greatest satisfaction comes from witnessing individuals and organisations embrace their distinctiveness as a path to success.
